Shipping Policy

Shipping is expensive, and it gets more expensive almost every year. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is that we work hard to find the most reliable and affordable way to get your order to you, and we pass along free shipping wherever it makes sense.

Free shipping on any order with two or more items. The one exception is bulk items, meaning the large or heavy products that have to move by freight or oversized parcel. If your cart qualifies, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Why two items and not a dollar amount?

Most stores set free shipping at a dollar threshold. That works when you sell light things like clothing. We don't. We ship soil, amendments, and heavy real goods that are expensive and awkward to move, so a dollar minimum doesn't reflect what shipping actually costs us.

We are a small business with no outside financial backing, and we are not Amazon. We manufacture, pack, and ship everything in house so we can control quality, which means real people picking, boxing, taping, and labeling every order, and that means real jobs. When we ship a single item for free, the only way to cover it is to raise prices across the board, and we would rather not do that. Asking for two or more items on free orders lets us keep prices lower for everyone and keep shipping sustainable. We hate high shipping costs as much as you do, and this is the fairest way we have found to keep them down.

Orders to PO Boxes often cost more and usually do not qualify for free shipping. Use a physical address to avoid delays and added fees.

Outside the Continental US

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands. Free shipping generally does not apply to large or bulky items going to these destinations, though Hawaii and Alaska have more flexibility depending on carrier policy. Rates are quoted at checkout or on request.

Canada

We ship select items to Canada. Canadian customers need to choose "UPS Standard Shipping to Canada" at checkout so your order clears customs cleanly and you avoid surprise brokerage fees. Orders placed with other methods can be delayed or rejected at the border.

Freight Shipments

Freight orders arrive on pallets by box truck or semi. We assume you need liftgate service unless you tell us otherwise.

Inspect every freight shipment before you sign. Count the packages and check for damage. Signing the delivery receipt confirms the order arrived complete and undamaged, so note any problem on the receipt before you sign it.

Full Truckloads

Full truckload (FTL) orders are custom quoted after checkout based on your location, order volume, and how the truck will be unloaded.

Description

Three products, one program, veg through flower. Mycrobe Complete builds the root network. Bio-Phos takes over for flower. The Bio-Catalyst enzymes run the whole way through. Buy them together and the bundle comes in at 10% off the three separately, at every size.

These are not three products that happen to be sold in a box. The enzymes are cultured from the same organisms that are in Mycrobe Complete, and Bio-Phos was formulated to hand off from it rather than duplicate it. Each one covers a job the other two do not.

Start here

The discount is a flat 10% at every size. There is no volume break waiting for you further up the list, so there is nothing to gain by buying more than you need. Size to your grow, not to the price sheet.

Most people want Small

If you are running one or two tents, Small is the answer, and it is not close. The two powders are concentrated enough that a 2 oz bag of each covers years of growing. Mycrobe Complete at 2 oz runs roughly nine full veg cycles. Bio-Phos at 2 oz runs closer to twelve flower cycles, because it applies at a lower rate.

Medium makes sense once you are running several tents or treating real garden beds outdoors alongside your indoor space.

When the bigger sizes make sense

Large, XL, and XXL are not just more of the same thing. They are built for a different application method.

Everything we teach on the individual product pages assumes the efficient home approach: water first, then drench the root zone with about a cup of solution per plant. That stretches a small bag a very long way. Commercial operations frequently do not work that way. If you are dosing a full irrigation volume across a greenhouse, running fertigation through acreage, or treating broad surface area rather than individual root zones, you will move through product at a completely different rate. That is who the larger bundles are for.

One thing to know about the mix

The powders will outlast the enzymes. That is normal and expected, not a flaw in the bundle.

Mycrobe Complete and Bio-Phos are dry, dormant, and shelf stable for the long haul. The Enzyme Elixir is a liquid protein concentrate carrying a 6 month freshness window from the date you buy it. So in practice, most growers buy the bundle once and then reorder the enzyme on its own while they are still working through the same two bags of powder.

Plan for that rather than being surprised by it, and store the enzyme cool and dark, ideally in the refrigerator.

The transitional dose is the whole idea

That highlighted row is the part almost everybody skips. About a week before you flip to 12/12, you run Mycrobe Complete and Bio-Phos together, with the enzymes.

By that point your mycorrhizal network is already built, so you are not reapplying to establish anything. You are bridging from the biology that builds the network to the biology that mobilizes phosphorus, and doing it before demand climbs rather than while you are already behind. After that single dose, Mycrobe Complete is finished for the run.

Both powders follow the same rule: every dose after the first is exactly half. The enzymes stay at the same rate throughout. All three go into the same bucket of water, so it is one mix and one watering.

The step people get wrong

Water your plants normally first. Then come back with your Rootwise solution and drench just the root zone, about a cup per plant. You are not trying to soak the whole container a second time.

That one habit is why a small bundle lasts as long as it does. The label rate of one 5 gallon batch treats around 80 plants, because 5 gallons is 80 cups.

Mycrobe Complete

A dry, full-spectrum inoculant carrying twenty species, including four endomycorrhizae. Those fungi form a direct partnership with your roots and extend out into the soil, widening what the plant can reach for water and nutrients. That relationship takes time to build, which is why this one goes in early and runs through veg. The other sixteen organisms cover nitrogen fixing, phosphorus solubilizing, and organic matter breakdown.

Bio-Phos

Sixteen bacteria weighted hard toward phosphorus. Bacillus megaterium, the best studied phosphate solubilizing organism there is, sits at a thousand times the count of the base tier in this bag. It contains no mycorrhizae at all, on purpose, because by the time you flip that network is already built. It does not add phosphorus. It unlocks the phosphorus your soil already has and cannot release.

Bio-Catalyst Enzyme Elixir

Not an inoculant. It is ten digestive enzymes exuded by non-GMO bacteria, yeast, and fungi cultures, then concentrated. Microbes cannot eat organic matter directly, they secrete enzymes to break it apart and then absorb what comes loose, so the enzyme is the tool that does the actual work. Supplying them ready made means your biology gets going instead of spending its first stretch tooling up.

Two of the ten, phosphatase and phytase, exist specifically to free locked phosphorus, which is why it pairs so tightly with Bio-Phos through flower. Two more, cellulase and hemicellulase, dismantle plant cell walls, which is why growers report the biggest visible effect on their mulch and chop-and-drop layer.

Why a system beats stacking productsThe most expensive mistake in this category

The instinct when growers get serious about biology is to buy several microbe products and mix them together. More biology for the money. It comes from a good place and it usually backfires.

What actually happens when you stack

Most products in this space are built around narrow functions. One is mostly Bacillus. Another is Trichoderma. Another is labeled mycorrhizae. On paper you are adding diversity. In practice you are usually doubling and tripling the same organisms without knowing it, because state registration rules force companies to simplify what they list, so the labels do not tell you what overlaps.

Then there is competition. Microbes fight for space, food, and dominance, and aggressive organisms can suppress the beneficial ones you actually wanted. Stacking unknown ratios on top of a formulation somebody spent years balancing does not increase diversity. It skews it.

The ratio is the product

Twenty organisms held in the right balance behave like a functioning soil community. The same twenty at random ratios behave like a fight. The formulation is the work, not the roster.

That is the argument for buying these three together rather than assembling something similar from three companies. They were designed against each other. The enzymes are cultured from the organisms in the inoculant. The flower biology was built to take over from the veg biology rather than repeat it.

And the cost side

Growers routinely spend a lot stacking products that duplicate function, paying three times for the same job. Buying one system that covers the full cycle is both cheaper and more likely to work. You are not guessing about compatibility, and you are not reapplying biology that is already established.

Light and moisture

Keep away from both, and seal the bag after every use.

Shelf life

Dry, dormant organisms. Sealed and dry, they hold up over the long haul.

The enzyme elixir

Below 100°F, a lower ceiling than the powders. Enzymes are proteins and heat damages proteins.

Cool and dark

Out of direct sun. The refrigerator is the best home for it.

6 months

The label states 6 months from purchase date. Use it on schedule rather than stockpiling.

Do not store mixed solution either. Mix what you will use that day and apply it.

Caution, straight off the labels: keep away from children and animals. Not for human consumption.

Common questions

Do I have to buy all three for this to work?

No. If you are only going to run one product, make it Mycrobe Complete. It is the foundation, it works from first root emergence all the way through, and it is the one that establishes the mycorrhizal network everything else builds on.

Bio-Phos and the enzymes are what turn it from a single input into a complete program. The bundle exists because most people who try one end up wanting all three, and this is the cheaper way to get there.

Do I mix all three together every time I water?

No, and this is the most common misunderstanding. Each product has its own window.

Mycrobe Complete runs through veg. Bio-Phos runs through flower. The enzymes run the whole time alongside whichever powder you are on. The only time all three go in together is the single transitional application about a week before you flip.

Mixing everything constantly creates redundancy and waste rather than better results.

Which size is right for one tent?

Small, comfortably. Two ounces of each powder covers years of growing at the container rate, and the pint of enzymes is more than you will use inside its freshness window.

Can I mix Rootwise with microbe products from other brands?

You can, but in most cases it works against you. Overlapping species mean you are often tripling up on the same organisms without knowing it, and aggressive strains can suppress the beneficial ones you wanted working.

These three were formulated against each other. Adding random inputs on top usually creates redundancy and imbalance rather than diversity.

Can I tank mix it with my nutrients?

No, and this is on both powder labels. Do not tank mix with chemicals or concentrated mineral salts. Salt concentrations that plants handle fine will dehydrate and kill microorganisms on contact, and harsh chemistry damages enzymes too.

Apply your Rootwise dose as its own watering, separate from your feed, and use clean equipment.

Will the three run out at the same time?

Not usually, and that is expected. The powders are dormant and shelf stable, so they last. The enzyme elixir is a liquid with a 6 month freshness window.

Most growers buy the bundle once, then reorder the enzyme on its own while still working through the same two bags of powder. Plan for that rather than being surprised by it.

Does this work outdoors and in raised beds?

Yes. The container rates on this page assume pots, but every label also carries garden and farm rates by cubic yard, square footage, and acre.

Outdoor and no-till growers without a clean veg and flower split should keep Mycrobe Complete on a regular schedule and layer Bio-Phos in as things move toward flower and fruit set. The enzymes run the whole time either way, and they earn their keep on a mulch layer.

2nd Review - 1 year later.... can't believe the change in my plants!

My first review was 1 year ago, however, I have now compared plants from the same seeds, with and without this trio. I had a Girl Scout Cookie plant that was mostly stem and the harvest was HORRIBLE about 1 year ago. After using this trio on the same seeds (and others), there is just no comparison! HUGE plants, huge buds and the harvest per plant had to be at least 300-400% more! In addition, my 5 gal pots get almost root bound every single time now and the beneficial bugs (microbes), are visible by a nearly blind person and the soil moves after I water (they come to the top of the soil and it looks like a moving carpet, and even the color changes until they go back down)! I have to say that this kind of freaks me out but the results are well worth the creepy crawly's since they do stay in the soil and never, ever are on the plants themselves! Believe me, I check often! Keep the elixer in the frig if you can't use it all up within a few months! It will be good for many months in the frig. Just amazing the difference these 3 products make - from the roots to the buds and the quality of the grows are just excellent!! You won't be disappointed!!! Oh and you use a tiny amount of each, so all 3 small containers will last a very long time!

My review title says most of how I feel. 1st Kevin is a genuine gentleman and openly shares. 2nd is the one of the only trio of biology sharing synergistic effects f the Enzyme Elixer needing to b in liquid due to enzymes which catalyze the microbes to work more effective 🫡🫡
