Doses follow the BuildASoil Way Supplemental Soil Feeding chart. Quillaja Extract 20 uses the conservative 1/8 tsp/gal rate; Quillaja Extract 60 uses 1/24 tsp/gal (1/3 the Q20 rate, since it's ~3× more concentrated). BuildAFlower uses the 1/4" layer (low-end thickness). Container topdressing surface area is calculated from Grassroots fabric pot dimensions. Pack-size recommendations balance leftover surplus against carrying many small bags — usually one or two packs total. Use half strength when soil tests show abundant nutrients from recent amendments. As always — observe your plants and adjust based on response. Less is more; never feed just because the chart says to.
