Current Positions Available:
Soil Manufacturing Production Team Member
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to join our soil production department. This role focuses on mixing, processing, and preparing high-quality soil products to meet our production standards and customer demand.
Schedule: Four days per week, 10 hours per day (full-time)
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $18/hour
Benefits package available after probationary period
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor soil mixing equipment
Measure and blend ingredients according to recipes
Assist with bagging, labeling, and staging finished products
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
