Take Craft Blend. The 3 lb bag runs $10.33 a pound. The 44 lb bag runs $3.30, less than a third the per-pound price, printed on the product page for anyone to buy. That is where our commercial pricing lives: in the size, not in a rate card. No minimum spend unlocks it and no account rep guards it. Buy the format an operation actually uses and the price is already scaled to match.

The same math runs through the gallon ferments, the big bags, and all the way up to bulk yards, which are priced at the floor from day one. A percent discount on top would only work one way: mark the price up first, then hand some back. We will not run that play on you.

Points spend like cash on that same collection and the rewards menu, which carry most of what you restock, not every item storewide. They never expire, so slow seasons cost you nothing.

Common questions
Why not just give commercial growers a percent off?
Because the discount is already in the price you see. Larger sizes are priced for scale, a 44 lb bag of Craft Blend runs less than a third the per-pound price of the 3 lb bag, and bulk yards are priced at the floor from day one. A percent off on top of everything would mean marking prices up first so we could hand some back, and we will not run that play. Do I earn points on soil and bulk yards?
Yes. Every dollar earns, including yards, truckloads, and sale prices. At OG that is 3 points per dollar on your biggest orders.
Can I spend points on soil?
On UltraClean, yes: it lives in the Loyalty Collection, so points spend on it and OGs take 5% off it every day. On bulk soil by the yard, points spend on the freight instead, through the OG coupon, because yard pricing has no margin in it to discount, that is the whole point of floor pricing. The coupon exists so your points still land on the heaviest part of a soil order.
My orders already ship free. What do points actually get me?
Pure savings. Free shipping means the 7.5% back is not getting eaten by a freight line, it is just money. Most operations point it at the Loyalty Collection and let points cover the amendments and inputs they restock every month. If bulk yards are part of your year, the freight coupon stretches the same points further.
