What Happened to LivingSoilSeeds?
LivingSoilSeeds was an idea born out of a deep love for seeds, small breeders, and genetics grown in true living soil. The goal was simple: to only offer seeds we genuinely believed in and would happily run in our own systems.
Over time, it became clear that we didn't have the capacity to give LivingSoilSeeds the focus and consistency it deserves. And while it did bring in income, we don't feel right continuing to accept revenue for something we are not actively executing with intention and excellence to support the breeders in which the site was founded.
When we can't give something our best effort, we believe we shouldn't be doing it at all. Our main priority is, and always has been, BuildASoil.
Because of that, we've decided to close LivingSoilSeeds as a standalone website and forward the domain here to BuildASoil.
This decision has nothing to do with law changes around seeds. If we wanted to, we'd list them as "bird seed" and keep it moving. The real reason is simple: time, attention, and doing right by our mission.
The Mission Lives On
Instead of selling seeds directly, we're using this page to highlight small breeders we believe in, people with little to no advertising budget who you might not see on the big seed sites, but who are doing honest, passionate work.
