Nothing get's me more excited than visiting a new All Natural Farm that grows food for the local farmers market. To me, this is as good as it gets. The soil in Colorado is usually Calcerous and provides a unique set of challenges for newer farms. With cover crops and good stewardship this farm will eventually have some of the best soil around. We took soil samples today and will be keeping track of the progress as time goes on.
