Shipping Options

Our complimentary shipping method for qualifying orders. We choose the most cost-effective carrier and shipping method. Delivery may take up to 10 business days. Most items qualify when you purchase two or more eligible products. Some qualify individually.
Standard Shipping
A paid option where we ship using standard ground services, without prioritizing fulfillment speed.
Standard Shipping: Rushed Out the Door!
Includes everything in Standard Shipping, plus guaranteed same business day shipment if the order is placed before our cutoff time.
Get It Fast
Our expedited service. Orders are shipped via 2–3 day methods and prioritized for fulfillment, with most leaving the same business day (not guaranteed).
Overnight It
For urgent deliveries, this ships your order via overnight service with immediate fulfillment, within 24 business hours..
FedEx Freight (Economy or Priority)
Large or heavy orders that qualify for freight shipping will be offered these options. All freight ships via FedEx Freight unless otherwise arranged. If you require a non-liftgate delivery (e.g. dock or forklift available), please contact us in advance.

Carriers Used

We primarily ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If you need a specific carrier for a specific shipping address, please reach out to us by phone at 855-877-7645, or send us an email to support@buildasoil.com, which will create a customer support ticket. You also have the option of submitting a ticket through the support.buildasoil.com site.

PO Boxes

Orders addressed to PO Boxes often incur additional costs and are ineligible for free shipping. To avoid delays or fees, we recommend using a physical shipping address whenever possible.

Shipping Outside the Lower 48

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.
Free shipping does not apply to most large or bulky items sent to these locations. Standard or custom rates will be calculated at checkout. Contact us if you need a freight quote for outlying areas.

Vendor-Fulfilled Items

Some products ship directly from our vendor partners. These will display accurate estimated ship dates on their product pages. Any concerns or delays with these items should be directed to support@buildasoil.com.

Freight Shipments

Freight shipping involves delivery of pallets via box trucks or semi-trailers.
By default, all freight is assumed to require liftgate service. If you do not need a liftgate, please notify us prior to shipment.

Inspect your freight order before signing the delivery receipt.
Count the number of packages and check for visible or concealed damage. Do not sign unless everything is accounted for and undamaged. Signing a receipt waives the right to claim missing or damaged freight unless noted at delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to the address on file once the order ships.
If you do not see the tracking email, visit https://buildasoil.aftership.com/ to locate your order using your email and order number. You may also contact support@buildasoil.com for assistance.

BuildASoil Shipping Protection

You can add BuildASoil Shipping Protection at checkout. This low-cost option insures your order against loss, theft, and damage.
If something goes wrong during transit, your replacement order will be fast-tracked through our claims system.

Even when protection is purchased, we request that you submit photos, videos, and any supporting evidence of the issue. This allows us to file formal claims with carriers and ensure the long-term success of our shipping network.

Claims Policy

All claims must be made via support@buildasoil.com.
We do not accept claim submissions via phone.

To process your claim, we require the following:

A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos documenting damage, missing items, or incorrect products
Images of packaging, shipping labels, and box condition if relevant

Do not discard any shipping materials or products involved in the claim—carriers may require inspection.

Claim Deadlines:

Visible or Concealed Damage / Missing Items: Report within 5 business days of delivery
Incorrect Products: Report within 30 days of delivery
Lost Packages or Incorrect Delivery: Report within 30 days of shipment date

Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer

Once an order has left our facility, BuildASoil is not responsible for carrier-related issues such as delays, misroutes, or mishandled deliveries.
We will support claims to the best of our ability, but the final resolution is subject to carrier approval.

Additionally, we maintain zero tolerance for mistreatment of delivery drivers, delivery dispatchers, or anyone with the shipping/freight carrier. Any reported conflict resulting in a failed delivery will result in the order being refunded, minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Description

Organics Alive FPF is fermented plant and Non GMO grains. It is not mined or derived from mined sources. FPF is a powerful foliar inoculant and root drench with instant results. The elemental properties within its nature increases the plant’s ability to readily complex minerals and nutrients making them available to plant roots and easily absorbable through cell walls.

FPF is fermented grains liquid which we isolate and extract using a non-base method for pure and clean material containing no heavy metals.

FPF contains high levels of small molecule composition acids, amino acids, humic acid, minerals and enzymes. It is of low molecular weight. Because of its low molecular weight, it has the ability to readily bond minerals and elements into its molecular structure causing them to dissolve and become easily absorbed by plants.

FPF is organic and non-toxic.
Dissolves silica and magnifies the many benefits of this element.
Responsible for an increase in stomata opening and transpiration and assists plant respiration as well as improving the respiration of beneficial microorganisms.
Directly influences numerous enzymatic processes and stimulates the plant's immune system.
Beneficial for plant RNA & DNA.

FPF can be used for all crops either as a foliar spray, through drip systems and soil drench.
