We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier preference is not guaranteed unless explicitly communicated to us.
📮 PO Boxes
Orders shipped to PO Boxes often require additional costs and are not eligible for free shipping. Use a physical address to avoid delays and fees.
🏝️ Outside Continental US
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping generally does not apply to large or bulky items shipped to these locations. Hawaii and Alaska do have more flexibility with this due to carrier policies. Quotes will be calculated at checkout or by request.
🇨🇦 Canada Orders
We do ship to Canada for select items. Canadian customers must choose “UPS Standard® Shipping to Canada with no Surprises!” at checkout to ensure proper customs clearance and avoid unexpected brokerage fees or delays. Orders using other methods may be subject to delays or rejection at customs.
🏭 Vendor-Fulfilled Items
Some products are fulfilled by vendor partners and display estimated ship dates on their product pages. Questions about these items should be sent to support@buildasoil.com.
🚛 Freight Shipments
Freight deliveries involve pallets via box trucks or semis. Liftgate service is assumed unless specified otherwise.
Important: Inspect all freight shipments before signing. Count and examine all packages. Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the order arrived in full and undamaged.
🚛 Full Truckloads
Orders that qualify for full truckload (FTL) delivery will be custom quoted after checkout. Rates are based on location, order volume, and unloading requirements.
Indicate if you have a dock, forklift, or unloading equipment.
If you need liftgate or manual unload service, please notify us.
This low-cost optional add-on at checkout insures your shipment against loss, theft, and damage. Claims are fast-tracked for resolution or replacement.
Even with protection, we encourage submitting photos, videos, and documentation to assist our carrier claims process.

I gave it 4 star because I know I will like them but I can't honestly give a review while they are in storage waiting for May.. Often reviews are asked before any testing is done and I apologize if I can't honestly be of more assistance... I'd like to say I could review them once tried but them I'm using them with many other products I haven't used before which would make my review a guesswork... again I apologize but I aim at truth and truth is I'm trusting what Build a soil is selling me.. they have videos where they have advertised these castings over their own brand which gives me reason to trust their word... a fake review holds no ground against the trusted words of someone who'll push a competitive product...Thx Build a Soil, I look forward to the guided journey into living soil and appreciate the advice for maintenance and future help for for understanding soil analysis for reammendments. It'll be a fun journey.

So I order my casting during the black Friday sale I got it sometime in December. The rep I made my complaint to said it would rehydrate its self in a few days due to being cold... WHICH IT DIDNT , STILL DRY ASF..... Im far from being happy with this purchase not 1 single worm nor was it any cocoons.. I always buy this worm casting for the life but this bag got robbed.... BEAUTIFUL COLOR THOUGH!!!!! Just dry
