I didn’t see it myself, but I heard from someone that he said on the Adam Dunn Show that he got robbed and this garden was stolen by rippers.

There is defunct a lot of controversy surrounding HID lighting especially when it comes to the upfront cost/efficiency. A lot of the bad rap comes Chinese brand knockoffs that are renamed brands. Most of these LEDs you will see have purple hues to them, they are not using the correct spectrums for cannabis, a lot of them dont even take into account that white light contains all spectrums of light. These cheap knockoffs are often misrepresented as far as watts go, the label will read 300w when it really operates at about half of that, seeing as LEDs burnout quickly so they must be run at half power. There are few companies that make good LED lights, most are expensive, but with their warranties, efficiency and quality. These lights eventually pay for themselves in efficiency savings. I recommend checking out: area51 led , apache tech, and amare technologies. These are top quality brands, the black dogs are overdriven and often burnout in about a year. You can usually gauge the quality of the lights by warranty lol. The inda gro induction light is like 795 retail, but has a 10 year warranty. Compare that to a gavita 1000 watt retails for like 110 bucks x how ever many times you may need to replace them. Not to mention the savings in hvac and electricity. Jeremy I highly recommend you do the research on these as well. I think you will be pleased. Sorry for the rant

Hey Jeremy I love these updates! What LED are you using for these lady’s? I was really interested in making the switch from HID until I started reading all the controversy and misinformation about LEDs. I like the price of the Mars models you have but they seem to have such polarized reviews. Can you help me out in deciphering all of this?

If you have been reading about cultivating indoors with organic soil then you've heard of SubCool's Super Soil. I admit to starting with this mix and thought I was really doing something special when I first went for it. I bought all the stuff and was really excited to use it.
My results were actually pretty good, but I've since moved on I think you should too.
Besides the "base soil" being purchased instead of made from scratch, I have many other issues. All in all this taking bagged soil and adding worm castings and nutrients isn't a bad idea, but it can be improved upon and money can be saved.
Here is the Recipe: 8 large bags of a high-quality organic potting soil with coco fiber and mycorrhizae (i.e., your base soil) 25 to 50 lbs of organic worm castings 5 lbs steamed bone meal 5 lbs Bloom bat guano 5 lbs blood meal 3 lbs rock phosphate ¾ cup Epson salts ½ cup sweet lime (dolomite) ½ cup azomite (trace elements) 2 tbsp powdered humic acid
Now I'll go through each item: Read more.....
