- BuildASoil Shipping: Our complimentary shipping method for qualifying orders. We choose the most cost-effective carrier and shipping method. Delivery may take up to 10 business days. Most items qualify when you purchase two or more eligible products. Some qualify individually.

🚚 Carriers Used
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier preference is not guaranteed unless explicitly communicated to us.
📮 PO Boxes
Orders shipped to PO Boxes often require additional costs and are not eligible for free shipping. Use a physical address to avoid delays and fees.
🏝️ Outside Continental US
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping generally does not apply to large or bulky items shipped to these locations. Hawaii and Alaska do have more flexibility with this due to carrier policies. Quotes will be calculated at checkout or by request.
🇨🇦 Canada Orders
We do ship to Canada for select items. Canadian customers must choose “UPS Standard® Shipping to Canada with no Surprises!” at checkout to ensure proper customs clearance and avoid unexpected brokerage fees or delays. Orders using other methods may be subject to delays or rejection at customs.
🏭 Vendor-Fulfilled Items
Some products are fulfilled by vendor partners and display estimated ship dates on their product pages. Questions about these items should be sent to support@buildasoil.com.
🚛 Freight Shipments
Freight deliveries involve pallets via box trucks or semis. Liftgate service is assumed unless specified otherwise.
Important: Inspect all freight shipments before signing. Count and examine all packages. Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the order arrived in full and undamaged.
🚛 Full Truckloads
Orders that qualify for full truckload (FTL) delivery will be custom quoted after checkout. Rates are based on location, order volume, and unloading requirements.
- Indicate if you have a dock, forklift, or unloading equipment.
- If you need liftgate or manual unload service, please notify us.
- Contact support@buildasoil.com in advance for FTL quotes.
🔍 Order Tracking

🛡️ Shipping Protection
This low-cost optional add-on at checkout insures your shipment against loss, theft, and damage. Claims are fast-tracked for resolution or replacement.
Even with protection, we encourage submitting photos, videos, and documentation to assist our carrier claims process.

All claims must be submitted via support@buildasoil.com. Phone-based claims are not accepted.
Required Documentation:

Do not discard packaging or damaged items—carriers may require inspection.
Claim Deadlines
- Damage / Missing Items: Within 5 business days of delivery
- Incorrect Products: Within 30 days of delivery
- Lost or Misdelivered Packages: Within 30 days of shipment

Best castings
Make sure you put panty hose over your intake and exhaust because there are bugs in it, which is what makes it great. No fungus gnats no issues, absolutely superior to all castings ive used.

Not a replacement for beneficial insects
After watching the video Jeremy did on this his bag had a quite bit more life and moisture then the bag I received. My bag was lacking worms and mites and a lot of the mentioned beneficial insects and that was definitely a bummer because that was the hole reason I bought the product. Definitely didn’t live up to expectations but I wanted to thank the customer service team who quickly stood by there guarantee and was able to get things sorted I opted for a refund and hope in the future my next bag comes packed with life. The brand definitely will definitely have me as a life time customer service with that customer service.
And aside from me probably going in with super high expectations and the video hyping them up so much the castings themselves are top notch and in comparison to price to the Home Depot castings which are about the same price COWOCO IS TOP DAWG they really are good quality castings they were only missing the life.
