Thanks for taking the time to read this quick update. BuildASoil.com just starting working with Cliff, our new Shipping Manager.
With Cliff's help I'll be able to focus on organization, logistics and new products.
Over the last month we've grown in leaps and bounds and also have added new wholesale accounts. We are working out the final details but our goal is to get BuildASoil products into every garden center and hydro shop in the United States and we have a ton of work to do.
In the meantime we are about to roll out a "Same Day" shipping program for any item that is in stock and ordered before 2:00 PM and Guaranteed shipping within 24 hours from the time of order no matter when it's placed. This isn't the official announcement of our new shipping program as we have a few kinks to work out... but we are almost there!
If you have ordered anything over the last 30 days and experienced a delay or an confusion we would like to say THANK YOU for understanding. There were only a couple of issues, but we take this stuff seriously as we know how important timing is in a garden. This business is something that most people said would never work and it's customers like you that allow me to truly live my dreams. I'm humbled by the really nice emails you have all been sending me and I truly appreciate every kind word as it really keeps me motivated.
With the new Shipping Manager due to start this morning, I am confidant that we will have a very smooth shipping process and will continue to grow without sacrificing speed or efficiency.
Once we get done with the orders from this weekend, I'll be brainstorming our new shipping program and rolling out a few changes to our products.... All good stuff!!!
