Keeps my plants happy
We've been organic gardening for many years supplying 95% of our veggies throughout the year between growing small plants in the house, a 4 season greenhouse and an outdoor summer garden. Salad greens have always been the most challenging due to temperature conditions in the greenhouse and direct sun in the house due to being at 8,000'. We decided to try a fully controlled environment with vertical tower garden and high quality grow lights in my office. While searching the internet for biochar I found Build a Soil and all I can say is that I'm super happy that I did. We purchased 3 of the 60 watt lights and I built stands to mount them vertically. We also purchased 6 cu ft of the BAS Light Recipe soil to fill the tower. It has been growing for only 7 weeks and we've been enjoying incredible greens for about 3 weeks already. The quality of the plants speak to the quality of the lighting and soil. Thank you BAS, you guys rock! Now I'm planning to purchase the Light Recipe soil in bulk and more lights to redo my greenhouse beds.
